I play Spyros Melaris in the new three-part Sky Documentaries series, directed by John Dower for Mindhouse and released on 12 June 2026.
Golden Beryl: Special Oblivion
I’m returning to live comedy at the Fringe and joining Golden Beryl’s absurdist show at the Pianodrome Amphitheatre, Bruntsfield.
Work
What I do
Acting and screen
I’m usually brought in for character parts: comic, odd, awkward, official, suspicious, warm, or occasionally all of those at once.
Voiceover
I record from my home studio, covering commercials, narration, corporate work, e-learning, IVR, games and character voices.
Comedy and live work
I’ve spent years writing and performing live comedy, including Edinburgh, Glastonbury, BBC Radio 4, NewsRevue and Sitcom Trials.
Coaching and role-play
I coach actors and speakers, and I still do professional role-play where a room needs a believable human being, not a slide deck.
Music
I write and release music, mostly piano and keyboard-led pieces, and I like having that other creative outlet running alongside the acting.
